Receipt and preparation of tapes
- Logging. Your material is logged into our internal system so that it can be tracked through the studio, and so that we may contact you in case of any queries.
- Tape preparation. Cassettes are checked for tension, and then fast-forwarded and re-wound to facilitate smooth running for optimal results.

Transfer and Digitalisation
- Transfer. The tape is loaded into the appropriate transfer deck and transferred in real-time to our editing suite.
- Digitalisation. Material which is analogue is digitalised using specialist hardware (not software solutions which may deliver considerably inferior results).

Encoding & Standards Conversion
- Encoding. The material is encoded at the optimal bit-rate to achieve best possible quality
- Standards Conversion. Depending on customer requirements footage can be converted into different international formats such as PAL, NTSC, SECAM

Output to File
- Video and Audio is output onto the appropriate File for PC or Mac. We are happy to advise on the best format if you let us know your requirements.

Presentation and Packaging
- Packaging. All media as well as source material is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition in which it left the studio.

Delivery
- Delivery of your transferred material as well as the original source is via Recorded First Class service.
